    Use the username and password provided in your approval email.

    Click the gradient SIGN IN button. If your credentials are correct, you'll be taken to the main dashboard.

    Explore the dashboard

    Once logged in you'll see the coverage request calendar and the navigation bar at the top for accessing Settings, Schedule, Store Profile, and more.

Configuring Store Settings

    Set your technician headcount

    In the "Average Technicians On Duty" section, enter the typical number of technicians working each day of the week.

Submitting a Coverage Request

    Go to the dashboard

    Click the Rx.Pharmacist logo or navigate to the home page. The main calendar is displayed prominently on the dashboard.

    Select a date on the calendar

    Click any date in the current month to begin a coverage request for that day. Today's date is highlighted in gradient color.

    Each request displays a colored badge showing its current status. Hover over each badge below to learn what it means.

    If a request is denied, review the Notes column for the reason. You can go back to the calendar and submit a new request for a different date or time if needed.

MTM Tracker
Track weekly CMR and TMR metrics for your store

    Open the MTM Tracker

    Click πŸ“Š MTM Tracker in the navigation bar. This page is available to Administration and Rx Floater Technicians.

    Select the week to track

    Use the week navigation arrows to move between weeks. The tracker always shows a 7-day view starting on Sunday.

  3. 3

    Enter daily MTM totals

    For each day, fill in the number of CMRs Scheduled, TMRs Completed, New TMRs in Process, and TMR Fees collected.

  4. 4

    Save your entries

    Click πŸ’Ύ Save Week to submit the data. A success message confirms the data was saved. Weekly totals are summarized at the bottom of the page.

    Configure MTM Settings πŸ‘‘ Administration only

    Administration users can click βš™οΈ MTM Settings to set the TMR fee rate and configure automated weekly/daily report delivery to designated recipients.

    Generate the district floater status report showing approved, pending, and denied requests by store. Select a date range, then generate or email the report as a PDF-style document.

    ROI History

    View a historical log of past generated status reports and key ROI metrics (hours covered, cost data). Use this to track the program's performance over time.

    Email Settings

    Manage the recipient lists for automated report emails. Add or remove email addresses for Status Report and FDF Report deliveries, and configure scheduled send days.

    Install as a mobile app (PWA)

    Rx.Pharmacist can be installed on your phone or computer as an app β€” no app store required. On iPhone: tap the Share button in Safari, then choose Add to Home Screen. On Android/Chrome: tap the browser menu and choose Add to Home Screen or Install App.
