Open your web browser
Use any modern browser β Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge all work great with the portal.

Type the address in the URL bar
Click the address bar at the top of your browser and enter the site address.
Press Enter after typing the address

The login page loads
You'll see the Rx.Pharmacist login page with the Walgreens logo, username & password fields, and a "Request Access" button for new users.

Click "Request Access"
From the login page, click the Request Access link below the sign-in form. This opens the access request form.

Fill out all required fields
Complete each field carefully β hover over the underlined labels to see what each field requires.

Submit your request
Click Submit Request. A green confirmation banner will appear confirming your submission.

Wait for approval
Requests are reviewed within 1β3 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your request is processed.

Confirmation email (immediate)
Right after submitting your request you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know the request was received.

Approval email (when approved)
Once an administrator approves your request, you'll receive a second email with your login credentials.
Great news! Your access request has been approved. You can now log in to the Rx.Pharmacist portal.

Go to the login page
Navigate to www.rx-pharmacist.com in your browser.

Enter your credentials
Use the username and password provided in your approval email.

Click "Sign In"
Click the gradient SIGN IN button. If your credentials are correct, you'll be taken to the main dashboard.

Explore the dashboard
Once logged in you'll see the coverage request calendar and the navigation bar at the top for accessing Settings, Schedule, Store Profile, and more.

Open Store Profile
Click πͺ Store Profile in the navigation bar at the top of the page. This option is visible to Pharmacy Managers and above.

Set your technician headcount
In the "Average Technicians On Duty" section, enter the typical number of technicians working each day of the week.

Choose your CMR scheduling preference
Select whether your store can accept CMR appointments at any time, or only during specific time slots.

Save your profile
Click the Save Profile button at the bottom of the page. A green success toast will confirm your settings were saved.

Go to the dashboard
Click the Rx.Pharmacist logo or navigate to the home page. The main calendar is displayed prominently on the dashboard.

Select a date on the calendar
Click any date in the current month to begin a coverage request for that day. Today's date is highlighted in gradient color.

Fill out the request form
A form appears after selecting a date. Complete the required fields β hover over underlined labels for guidance.

Submit and confirm
Click Submit Request. You'll see a success notification and the request will appear on the calendar with a dot indicator. Its status starts as Pending.

Go to Schedule
Click π Schedule in the navigation bar to view all submitted coverage requests and their statuses.

Read the status badges
Each request displays a colored badge showing its current status. Hover over each badge below to learn what it means.

Resubmit if denied
If a request is denied, review the Notes column for the reason. You can go back to the calendar and submit a new request for a different date or time if needed.

Open the MTM Tracker
Click π MTM Tracker in the navigation bar. This page is available to Administration and Rx Floater Technicians.

Select the week to track
Use the week navigation arrows to move between weeks. The tracker always shows a 7-day view starting on Sunday.

Enter daily MTM totals
For each day, fill in the number of CMRs Scheduled, TMRs Completed, New TMRs in Process, and TMR Fees collected.

Save your entries
Click πΎ Save Week to submit the data. A success message confirms the data was saved. Weekly totals are summarized at the bottom of the page.

Configure MTM Settings π Administration only
Administration users can click βοΈ MTM Settings to set the TMR fee rate and configure automated weekly/daily report delivery to designated recipients.

Access the Reporting hub
Click ποΈ Reporting in the navigation bar. This section is available to Administration users (district managers, overlords, and approved delegates).

FDF Report
Generate the Floater Day/FDF report showing which technicians covered which stores. Select a date range and click Generate Report to preview, then optionally email the report to recipients.

Status Report
Generate the district floater status report showing approved, pending, and denied requests by store. Select a date range, then generate or email the report as a PDF-style document.

ROI History
View a historical log of past generated status reports and key ROI metrics (hours covered, cost data). Use this to track the program's performance over time.

Email Settings
Manage the recipient lists for automated report emails. Add or remove email addresses for Status Report and FDF Report deliveries, and configure scheduled send days.

Open Settings
Click βοΈ Settings in the navigation bar. All users can access this page to manage their preferences.

Enable push notifications
Toggle Push Notifications on to receive browser alerts when a coverage request is approved or denied. You'll be prompted to allow notifications in your browser the first time you enable this.

Install as a mobile app (PWA)
Rx.Pharmacist can be installed on your phone or computer as an app β no app store required. On iPhone: tap the Share button in Safari, then choose Add to Home Screen. On Android/Chrome: tap the browser menu and choose Add to Home Screen or Install App.
